Another commercial project that was a delight to help create. The Linear lane project was for a commercial plumbing and emergency restoration company that had expanded from a small office space to their own warehouse building. Upon moving in they got new paint on the walls and carpet on the floors and that’s where they found themselves stumped as to how to create a lobby and entry patio area that would present their business to their clients in a way typically unexpected when talking about toilets, sinks and restoring their homes after an unexpected leak or flood. We were able to hear the desires they had and give them the patio, lobby, coffee bar and restroom to achieve that goal for not only their customers but also their staff.
