A brand new tract home is exciting, but can be overwhelming for a new homeowner with so many decisions to make when trying to create a home that reflects who they are and how they live. First laying the foundation of paint colors, flooring selections and adding things like a custom barn door for a home office and an accent wall for the nursery. It was fun to try to come up with design elements that can upgrade a builder grade master bath on a very small budget to get the look and feel of a special space so the owners didn’t have to forego a nice room while they worked on the rest of the house.
